Red Oak Weddings Brand Design
Here's the BEST Part!
Jillian is the ultimate creative-entreprenuer. She saw the vacancy in her industry and fixed it!
The brand needed to first, stand on it's own, as a strong presence in the tri-state area wedding world. Secondly, the brand needed to work with OTHER brands. The key is that another vendor would want to participate and become involved if they felt like their brand could shine on the site. This meant that the brand and site had to be designed with concept of "portfolio" in mind. Meaning that anyone's photography needed to look good, hence our choice of complementary neutral tones that lend well to different styles and tastes.
We went a little bit traditional, a little bit modern with a touch of color and a bit of classic flare and combined it into the perfect brand for Jillian to not only showcase her work, but all of those in the area with similar values. When we started to break down just what the brand needed, I just kept thinking to myself, you are designing this like the ultimate wedding. Something old, something new, something borrowed something blue! We'll use the "borrowed" part as the AMAZING photography that Laura Lee Photography and Cinnamon Wolfe Photography created, along with a few other vendors they killed the brand photos! Stellar. Seriously. It was like a mind meld when I saw them. Such an amazing group of women! I wish I lived closer and could go to their Tuesday Together meetings.
