Wainer Family Farm Brand Launch
I love a good traditional-modern brand. It's the core of my business. Those who want something that has timeless moments and modern moments all rolled into one. It allows the business objectives really to stand out, and with a lovely family business like this one, we wanted to be sure that heritage was clear in the brand. The Sid Wainer & Son brand has been around for a long time in New England, and their expansion into South Dartmouth in 2002 is really an incredible benefit to New England.
The farm-coast as it is traditionally called is a stretch of land spanning from the eastern Rhode Island shores up to New Bedford where the family business is from. On the shore nearby is this magical little area that is South Dartmouth. Combining a celebrated farm district together with a culinary powerhouse like the Wainer family productions, their rebrand of the farm needed to fit into their classic brand, and feel effortlessly "New England".
We kept everything classic, without screaming old. By including a hand-drawn illustration we get the feeling that the brand has been around forever, and yet it has a little modern calligraphy feeling in the lines to give that modern organic essence.
